many years of experience in both retail and wholesale behind

All
of our products are manufactured by us, using only the
finest quality materials and we pride ourselves on the
attention to detail, which goes into every stage of the
manufacturing process.
Our
sales office is based in the prestigeous Park Circus area
of Glasgows West End and we have warehouse facilities
and our own Pewter casting company in the Queens Cross
area of town.
Ordering
The
catalogue section of our site is hosted on a secure server
and all credit card details are sent to us in encrypted
format and can only be decrypted by our servers. Payment
for goods is not taken until they are ready for despatch,
which is normally within 72 hours (excludes made to measure
items such as Kilts and Jackets).
If
the item you have ordered is out of stock or awaiting
casting, you will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours
and you will have the option to have the goods placed
on back order or to cancel the order.
Carriage For
small orders we ship by registered post in the UK and
Parcel Force International Scheduled to the US (5-7 day
service). For
larger orders we have accounts with all the major carriers,
including UPS, DHL and Parcel Force and we give you the
customer the option of how you wish the order to be shipped. We
ship large quantities of goods with all the carriers,
through Masonic Themes and other parts of our business
and as such have negotiated highly competitive discount
rates. These discounts are passed across to you, the customer
and we charge only the cost price of shipping the goods. Pricing Whilst all prices on our site are quoted in US dollars, your card will be debited in UK pounds Sterling. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, the price may differ slightly on your statement. Returns

for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of
your goods, we offer a full refund policy.
